  • All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. As such, colour, texture, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch.

  • Our massage and therapy services are provided by qualified practitioners. Clients must complete a consultation form before treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where treatments may not be appropriate for medical or ethical reasons.

 

Product Use Disclaimer

  • Our skincare and haircare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • We recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

  • Always consult with a healthcare professional if you have concerns about allergies or interactions.

 

Shipping (UK)

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Standard UK shipping via Royal Mail or courier service. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • You will receive tracking details where applicable once your order is dispatched.

 

Returns & Refunds (UK)

Product Returns

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order is not quite right, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving it so we can make it right. Please contact us at info@nimsserenity.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once your return is approved, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 5–10 business days. â€‹Your care is our priority. ​​Massage & Wellness Appointments

 

Cancellations

To honour your space and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of massage and bodywork sessions.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the full session fee being charged.

We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, so if something arises, please reach out as soon as possible, as we  will always try to support you with grace.
