Once you are comfortably positioned on the massage table (face down with a face cradle for support), you’ll be covered with soft, fresh fleece blankets. Which areas of my body will be massaged?

While every session is uniquely tailored, the therapy typically includes the back, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, feet, stomach, and head. The breast and genital areas are never massaged. You will remain fully draped with soft fleece blankets throughout the treatment, and only the area being worked on at that moment will be uncovered. Your comfort, privacy, and safety are always our top priority.
Do I need to do anything in preparation for the massage?
To help you feel relaxed and prepared, we recommend removing all jewellery and hair accessories prior to your treatment.
